Dennis Basso, world renowned fashion designer and entrepreneur has a long standing partnership with the famous home shopping network QVC, where his QVC faux fur collection is one of their best sellers. 

Dennis Basso has been creating fantastic real fur pieces for his designer collections since the early 1980’s and he has a well known list of celebrity clientele.  It was in 2003 when he brought a collection of faux fur pieces to QVC, and as they say, a star was born.  These faux fur creations sell for much less than their real fur counterparts, and for anti-fur shoppers create a beautiful option.   There is also faux leather and faux suede pieces in the collection.

One of the hottest shoes of this season is actually a boot!  The over-the-knee boot is hot, hot, hot!

Footwear designers have come out with a yummy choice of over the knee boots in a range of colors and materials, all with one thing in mind—showing off the sexy legs. 

Jessica Simpson’s Clancey leather boot is a classic, clean line.  Available in black or brown, it is a good sensible option.  Easy to wear with the low heel!   Jessica Simpson has a large collection of boots this season at great prices.  You can find awesome deals online!

Chanel has a fantastic pair of high end over the knee boots, the Cap Toe boot that is delicious!  It’s metal trim at the toe makes it very sexy, and unlike anything else we’ve spotted.  You can pay retail, or you can pick yourself up a pair on eBay. 

You don’t have to stop there, designers from Gucci to Stella Mccartney, Chloe, Steve Madden and Michael Kors have all created over the knee boots this season.

     A fresh spin on a classic, one of the hottest trends we’ve noticed for fall and winter footwear is the bootie.  Yes, it is back!

Bling my Bra

A fantastic way to make a difference! 

An energetic group of eBay sellers, spearheaded by Beth of Depression Glass Warehouse, has launched a series of chairty auctions on eBay.  Don’t be fooled by the name of Beth’s online store, this has nothing to do with vintage glass!

Beth is the leading force behind the Bling My Bra charity auctions running now through the month of October on eBay.  There is at least one decorated fantasy bra, usually more, up for your bidding pleasure.  These pieces of art have been created by celebrities, fellow eBay sellers and artisians.  100% of the funds raised supports the Susan G Koman Foundation to support breast cancer research.

Can you believe it?  Levi jeans are always in fashion, an iconic part of our American fashion history.  Recently, this pair of vintage Levi Jeans sold for an astonishing $5211.00 on ebay!  Yes, over $5000!

Found at an estate sale, the lucky owner says she figured she had something valuable when 10 minutes into the auction on eBay someone emailed her offering to pay for them immediately if she would sell them direct (less than $5000).   Luckily the seller, galetime, did not take them up on the offer.
